We are fully insured through our Public Liability and Medical Malpractice policies. These insurance documents are available upon request. Each staff member also has a current Blue Card for Working with Children.
At First Aid GC we believe in preparing for the worst. We are equipped with:

- Medical Grade Oxygen & Accessories
- Advanced First Aid Kits (including tourniquets, splints & ice)
- Asthma Management Equipment
- Anaphylaxis Management Equipment
- Hospital Grade Stretcher
- Treatment Tables
- Wheelchair (if required)
- Mountain Bikes (if required)
Our staff are trained to refer to higher levels of care when an injury or condition is beyond our scope of practice. First Aid GC will not provide transport of any patient through to hospital. This is the role of the State Ambulance Service. Should a patient require transport though to hospital, First Aid GC will commence treatment of the patient, while calling 000 and arranging the State Ambulance Service to attend.
