FAQ

First Aid GC > FAQ

Yes, our certifications and our training services are Nationally Recognised. First Aid GC provides Nationally Recognised Training on behalf and in partnership with Synergy Central (Registered Training Organisation 31486).

Comment on this FAQ

No, as every First Aid Course (HLTAID003 or HLTAID004) includes Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) as a compulsory unit of study. Please ensure your First Aid Certificate is up to date before enrolling into a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Course (HLTAID001).

All participants are required to complete two minutes of uninterrupted CPR on a manikin placed on the floor. If you are unable to complete this mandatory element of the training, we cannot issue a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment. However, we can issue a Statement of Attendance.

Participants must also have a good understanding of the English language, including verbal and written skills.

Booking Cancellations & Refunds:

  1. A full refund of course enrolment fees will be issued if a course is cancelled by First Aid GC for any reason.
  2. We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. A full refund is available if you cancel with at least 48 hours prior notice. No refund is available for cancellations within the 48 hour period before the course.
  3. Students are required to attend the entire course. Late arrivals or early departures will not be tolerated. If this occurs, students will need to arrange another course, which will attract a $20.00 administration fee.

Booking Cancellations & Refunds for Group/ Onsite Courses:

  1. A full refund of course enrolment fees will be issued if a course is cancelled by First Aid GC for any reason.
  2. Any group onsite booking cancellation without at least 48 hours prior notice will incur an administration fee determined by our company director.
